Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen Teaches Us How to Think

Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen

Who says social media is all bad? Watching this marvelous 23-minute video, which I discovered on the Localism Chesterton Society Group on Facebook, will make you smarter, more confident, and better able to make sense of the information, misinformation, disinformation, fantastic fads, and conflicting concepts we are confronted with on an hourly basis.

It’s a lesson in logic, philosophy, science, politics, and history, all rolled into one, all explained simply and elegantly.

You have to be incredibly smart and thoroughly knowledgeable to make such complex ideas as easy to understand as Archbishop Sheen does in this presentation.

Although this telecast first aired in 1955, it is easily as relevant now as it was then — probably more so. Take a look, and please watch all the way through.
